If we have to talk about this in character for whatever reason, please include trigger warnings in the title or first line of your reply, or PM me ahead of time. If you would like information on why I don't want to talk about these things, feel free to PM me- I'm an open person and all for honest dialogue. ✧ first impressions ∘ visual: humanoid, but clearly inhuman. powdered, off white skin and sparkling hair are the most noticeable traits of all gems. sleepy, far away eyes and an all white color palette are ghost quartz’s most noticeable traits. ∘ aural: whispy, soft, and hushed. melancholic and maybe a little toneless at times, but not unemotional. ∘ olfactory: smells of very old books and strangely, a hint of whipped cream. no explanation for that, frankly. ∘ demeanor: quiet and calm with a low self-esteem. they have a famously weak presence- even more so with literally being empty now- so expect not to notice them at first.

✧ ic permissions ∘ physical affection: sure! ∘ physical violence: i'm awful at writing action scenes, but i am absolutely willing to give it a go! ∘ romance: you can certainly try! ∘ psychics & psionics: go for it! i'm here if you need info! ∘ magic: generally, go for it! if you think it's gonna cause a big change, though, PM me! ∘ medical: tough to say how this would apply to ghost, being a rock person and all. i'll say go for it with gusto, but expect whatever you try not to work as intended!

✧ warnings ∘ canon point: ghost quartz's canon point is chapter 37, but mun has knowledge of future chapters and may reference events or revelations from them. this may be because of cr with castmates from those canon points, or because they pertain to ghost's character. if you'd like to avoid houseki no kuni spoilers up to that point or want me to avoid tagging you, feel free to leave a comment here. if you'd like some explanation for what i mean by "pertains to ghost's character", you can find it at the end of the Background/History section of their app. ∘ body horror: the act of a gem losing limbs and/or breaking apart can resemble body horror. if this isn't something you want to see, feel free to leave a comment here.
